General Terms and Conditions of Booking – Blu Theatre Experience

1.Object

These terms and conditions govern bookings for dinner show events organized by:

By making a booking, the Client fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is considered valid only after full advance payment, according to the methods indicated at the time of booking. Payment confirms the Client’s actual participation in the event and implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to the number of guests will be accepted only if communicated at least 96 hours before the scheduled time of the booking.

In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded minus any commissions withheld by the payment service provider.
Beyond this deadline, in case of cancellation, reduction in the number of guests, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
In case of absence or withdrawal by the Client, the booking cannot be transferred to another date or event.
By accepting these terms, the Client hereby waives any refund requests in the aforementioned cases.

4. Delays

Entry will be guaranteed within a maximum of 30 minutes from the scheduled booking time. In case of significant delay, the table may no longer be available, and no refund will be given.

5. Behavior and Dress Code

An elegant dress code is recommended.
The Client agrees to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, performers, and other guests. In case of inappropriate behavior, management reserves the right to remove the Client from the event without any refund obligation.

6. Event Cancellation or Changes

In the event of cancellation of the event by the venue, the Client will have the option to:

receive a full refund of the amount paid, ortransfer the booking to a new date, subject to availability.
The choice between refund and rescheduling belongs to the Client, who will be promptly informed via the contact details provided at the time of booking.

7. Reservation Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days before the date of the show and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
